Dog runs… completed!
Since moving into our new facility at 405 Park Ave. E in Chatham, we have been hoping to put up a fence to give our dogs more freedom to run and play. Thanks to donours and community partners such as the Chatham-Kent Community Foundation and Howard Mutual Insurance, we have completed our dream.
Almost an acre of land has been secured by a 7ft fence and a second area has been closed in for our smaller dogs who may be more inclined to squeeze through some opening in the large run.
This new addition is being enjoyed daily by our dogs who get to be themselves, run and play with other dogs and volunteers.
We are now fundraising to add equipment for further enrichment.
