Meet Aurora, a senior dilute tortie who looks like she was personally painted by someone who really enjoys soft sunsets and pretty things. She arrived in care after being surrendered due to allergies, which she insists is very rude timing considering she had just perfected her “graceful sofa loaf” routine.

Aurora is the kind of cat who makes people stop mid-sentence and go “wow.” Not just because she’s gorgeous (she absolutely is), but because she carries herself like she knows it and has chosen to be humble about it. She’s got that classic tortie charm with just enough sass to keep life interesting, but she leans heavily into the “sweetheart” category. Despite her glamorous looks, Aurora is all heart. She’s gentle, affectionate, and very into the idea of being adored by her humans without requiring any complicated negotiations. If you sit down, she will likely appear nearby as if she’s been assigned to you specifically. If you offer pets, she will accept them like it is her full-time job and she is very good at it.
