Velvet’s story didn’t start out very glamorous. She and her seven siblings were abandoned at the shelter when they were just tiny babies. Thankfully, this little lady landed in an incredible foster home where she got everything she needed to blossom into the affectionate, confident kitten she is today.

Now? Velvet is living up to her luxurious name. She’s as soft as her namesake, as gentle as can be, and has perfected the art of turning into a tiny purring puddle the moment you give her attention. She believes every lap is reserved for her, every toy is fair game, and every human deserves the privilege of petting her. Velvet has traded survival mode for snuggle mode, and she’s never looked back. Whether she’s chasing toys with kitten enthusiasm, curling up beside you for a nap, or gazing at you with those “you are my favorite person” eyes, she has a way of making every day feel a little cozier.
