The holiday season is a time for giving, and who deserves a little extra love and attention more than our furry companions? At Pet and Wildlife Rescue, we care for over 3,000 animals each year, and if they could talk, here’s what we know they’d put on their wish lists:
Dogs: Top of their list? More walks! Dogs are all about spending quality time with their people. They also wouldn’t mind some long-lasting chew bones to keep them busy and happy.
Cats: Our feline friends have simpler wishes—gentle pets, a couple of Temptations treats each day, and plenty of uninterrupted nap time.
Bunnies: lots of fragrant hay is number one and a few lettuce leaves wouldn’t hurt!
Guinea pigs: hay and carrot peels with a strawberry on top please.
