Meet Big Papa!

Big Papa has quite the origin story. He arrived at the shelter in a cage with two tiny kittens, and we were told it was a mama cat with her babies. Makes sense, right? Except plot twist. Lil’ Mama was actually Big Papa!

That’s right, this handsome tabby boy was just being the ultimate supportive dad and decided to hitch a ride to the shelter alongside his kiddos. No biological-mom status required when you’re committed to the family! And Big Papa is every bit as wonderful as his story. He is SO sweet, very vocal, and has plenty of silly personality to share. He may not be a huge fan of being picked up – he prefers to keep all four feet firmly on the ground – but when it comes to pets? Oh, he’s interested. Give this man some scratches and he’ll happily soak up the attention.

Big Papa is basically the dad who says he “doesn’t need affection” and then immediately parks himself beside you demanding head scratches. Sweet, chatty, silly, and an absolute family man, Big Papa is ready for his next chapter, preferably one with lots of love and an unlimited supply of pets.
