Meet Mazi and Red, the shelter’s longest-running rom-com duo,  starring together since February 2025 and still stealing hearts daily. These two lovely ladies were lovingly surrendered by their previous owner, who wanted nothing but the best for them. Now they’re dreaming of a cozy couch, a steady supply of snacks, and a forever home where they can keep the sitcom rolling – together, of course!

Mazi, a fabulous 7 year old torbie, is equal parts diva and cuddlebug. She’s the kind of gal who walks into a room and immediately owns it — tail high, whiskers twitching, ready for her close-up. Once she’s comfy, she’ll roll over dramatically for belly rubs, drool like a love-struck fool, and make herself the center of attention (which, frankly, is her natural state). Her hobbies include couch domination, lap occupation, and purring competitions she always wins.

Red, her best friend and fluffy counterpart, is the calm to Mazi’s storm — a soft-spoken orange-and-white beauty with the soul of a poet. She’s a little shy at first, but give her time and she’ll be rolling, purring, and biscuit-making like she’s been doing it all her life. She’s also a bit of a litter box connoisseur — she simply prefers a backup box for those “just in case” moments. A lady of refined taste, if you will.Together, these two balance each other perfectly: one bold, one gentle, both full of love (and fur).
